Advertising Partnership Policy

Last Updated: 24 August 2026

TRYÖS Rehber aims to provide its visitors with independent and informative content about TR-YÖS, universities, international student applications, exam preparation, score and preference processes, and student life.

This Advertising and Collaboration Policy explains how advertisements, sponsored content, commercial collaborations, and affiliate links that may appear on the tryosrehber.com website are distinguished from editorial content.

1. Use of Advertisements

Advertisements may be displayed on TRYÖS Rehber in order to support the operation of the website, cover technical expenses, and contribute to the development of content.

Advertisements may be provided through:

  • Google AdSense,
  • other third-party advertising networks,
  • direct advertising agreements,
  • sponsorships,
  • commercial collaborations.

The display of an advertisement on TRYÖS Rehber does not mean that the advertised product, service, brand, university, or organization is recommended, approved, verified, or guaranteed by TRYÖS Rehber.

2. Google AdSense Advertisements

TRYÖS Rehber may use the Google AdSense advertising service.

When Google AdSense is used, which advertisements are shown to which visitors may be largely determined by Google’s advertising systems and advertisers’ campaign settings.

TRYÖS Rehber may not directly determine:

  • every advertisement shown to users,
  • the content of advertisers’ campaigns,
  • the terms of advertisers’ products and services,
  • the way advertisements are personalized.

Google AdSense advertisements are presented in a manner intended to distinguish them from editorial content.

3. Users Are Not Encouraged to Click Advertisements

TRYÖS Rehber does not encourage visitors to click on advertisements.

Users are not asked to:

  • click on advertisements to support the site,
  • visit a specific advertisement,
  • view or refresh advertisements,

and no reward or benefit is offered in return for such actions.

Misleading placements that may cause advertisements to be perceived as menus, navigation links, download buttons, or editorial content are intended to be avoided.

4. Advertisements Do Not Constitute Recommendations or Endorsements

Any advertisement displayed on TRYÖS Rehber should not be considered as:

  • a product recommendation,
  • a university recommendation,
  • an educational institution recommendation,
  • a consultancy service recommendation,
  • a guarantee of quality,
  • a guarantee of reliability.

If a user visits a third-party website through an advertisement or purchases a product or service, this is an independent transaction between the user and the relevant third party.

Users are advised to conduct their own research about the relevant product, service, and organization before making a purchase or service decision.

5. Editorial Independence

One of the fundamental publishing principles of TRYÖS Rehber is editorial independence.

Advertising revenue, sponsorship, or commercial collaboration does not require:

  • publishing false positive information about a university,
  • withholding important information,
  • providing false or misleading information,
  • falsely presenting a particular institution as superior to its competitors,
  • changing editorial conclusions in favor of an advertiser.

TRYÖS Rehber aims to provide readers with information that is as clear, useful, and accurate as possible, independently of commercial relationships.

6. Sponsored Content and Commercial Collaborations

Content may be published on TRYÖS Rehber as part of paid sponsorships or commercial collaborations.

If, in exchange for preparing content:

  • payment is received,
  • a free product or service is provided,
  • another financial benefit is obtained,
  • a commercial agreement is made,

care is taken to ensure that the commercial nature of the content is clearly understandable to the reader.

Where appropriate, clear expressions such as:

“Sponsored Content”,
“Advertisement”,
“Collaboration”

or similar wording may be used.

Our fundamental approach is not to present sponsored content in a misleading manner as if it were independent editorial content.

7. Collaborations with Universities and Educational Institutions

TRYÖS Rehber may engage in commercial collaborations with universities, educational institutions, language courses, student service providers, or similar organizations.

The existence of such a collaboration does not mean that:

  • the relevant university is better than other universities,
  • the student will definitely be admitted,
  • a particular education or service will ensure success,
  • the relevant institution is guaranteed by TRYÖS Rehber.

For university applications and academic procedures, the current official sources of the relevant university or authorized institution should always be taken as the basis.

8. No Affiliation with Official Institutions

TRYÖS Rehber is an independent website.

TRYÖS Rehber is not operated by:

  • ÖSYM,
  • Council of Higher Education (YÖK),
  • Ministry of National Education,
  • Presidency of Migration Management,
  • any university,
  • any public institution or organization,

and does not operate as an official representative of these institutions.

The fact that an institution advertises on TRYÖS Rehber, sponsors it, or enters into a commercial collaboration does not mean that TRYÖS Rehber is the official representative or an affiliated organization of the relevant institution.

9. Affiliate Links

In the future, some links on TRYÖS Rehber may be affiliate or referral links.

If a product or service is purchased through such links, TRYÖS Rehber may receive a commission or other commercial income from the third party.

In content that uses affiliate links, care is taken, where necessary and appropriate, to ensure that this commercial relationship is clearly understandable to the reader.

An affiliate relationship does not constitute a reason to publish misleading information about the relevant product or service.

10. Accuracy of Information in Advertisements

TRYÖS Rehber does not always directly determine the content of third-party advertisements.

Therefore, information provided by advertisers, including:

  • product features,
  • scope of services,
  • prices,
  • discounts,
  • campaigns,
  • delivery terms,
  • payment conditions,
  • warranty and return conditions,
  • other commercial claims,

may change over time or may be inaccurate.

TRYÖS Rehber does not provide an absolute guarantee that the information contained in third-party advertisements or commercial content is always completely accurate, complete, up to date, reliable, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Users should verify the relevant information directly with the advertiser or service provider before making a purchase or carrying out any other transaction.

11. Responsibility of Advertisers and Third Parties

The following aspects of products and services offered by third-party advertisers are the responsibility of the relevant advertiser or service provider:

  • content,
  • quality,
  • pricing,
  • delivery,
  • warranty conditions,
  • payment system,
  • customer service.

TRYÖS Rehber does not directly control the activities, services, or websites of third-party organizations.

12. Limitation of Liability

Transactions carried out by users with persons or organizations reached through advertisements, sponsored content, affiliate links, or other third-party links are independent of TRYÖS Rehber.

To the extent permitted by applicable legislation, TRYÖS Rehber cannot be held responsible for:

  • product or service issues,
  • payment disputes,
  • delivery problems,
  • financial losses,
  • contractual disputes,
  • failure of a service to meet expectations,
  • technical problems on third-party websites,
  • issues arising from the privacy or security practices of third parties

caused by third-party advertisers or commercial partners.

The user is responsible for evaluating transactions to be carried out with third parties and performing the necessary checks.

This provision does not eliminate legal liabilities that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable legislation.

13. Separation of Advertisements from Editorial Content

TRYÖS Rehber aims to ensure that advertisements are visually and functionally distinguishable from editorial content as much as possible.

Care is taken to ensure that advertisements are not presented in a way that gives the impression of being:

  • a navigation link,
  • a menu item,
  • a content link,
  • a download button,
  • a user interface control.

Where a special label is required above an advertisement unit, clear advertising terms that comply with the rules of the advertising system used are preferred.

Google explicitly requires advertisements to be distinguishable from content and requires avoiding practices that may cause users to click on advertisements accidentally.

14. User Privacy and Advertising Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies may be used within the scope of advertising and measurement services.

Depending on the country or region where the user is located, advertising personalization and related data processing activities may be subject to user preferences or obtaining the necessary permissions.

For the serving of personalized advertisements in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google requires the use of an appropriate certified CMP.

For detailed information on these matters, please review our:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Cookie Policy
  • PDPL Information Notice

pages.
